Taoist Medicine and Holistic Anatomy
Taoist Medicine is one of the most ancient philosophies of healing, yet it integrates the premises of quantum physics in a model of healing that explains the subtle connection between the mind and body, the organs and emotions through the mechanics of the meridians, marvelous vessels, and kouas.
One of the main challenges in psychosomatic medicine is to achieve a scientific and rational understanding of the mind/body connection. Since Descartes, medicine has been dissociated in a dualistic understanding that mind and body must be considered separately.
Quantum physics offers a unified vision where mind and body become an expression or manifestation of the one underlying reality which is Consciousness, a biofield of information that interconnects everything. Biophotonic research offers the explanation that meridians and marvelous vessels are carriers of information as a flow of light, a field of information that can be trained to restore the balance and coherence in the system.
More precisely, the marvelous vessels are channels capable of accessing the information associated with the morphogenetic fields of the vital body, where the information matrices responsible for a state of quantum coherence and organization of the physical and organic processes reside. Working with these matrices through the marvelous vessels is of vital importance to the patient’s healing process, which depends on an expanded state of consciousness that involves the transition from ego mode to Self-mode which promotes more positive perceptions and feelings about life and existence.
These marvelous channels can also access the archetypal information matrices of the supramental body. This is important because, through this process, it is possible to positively correct and reprogram the energy and information distortions present in the symptoms of the physical body. The marvelous channels access these upper scalar fields, enabling the positive recharge of the kouas and the free flow of energy through the meridians and optical quantum channels. Biophotons then become carriers of information from the supramental and bliss consciousness bodies.
Taoist Medicine offers a path of restoration and balancing through the marvelous vessels which, once nourishing the kouas, are able to energetically feed the meridians as the biophotons flow through them. The integration of ancient (Taoist Medicine) and modern (quantum physics) is what I now call Pro-Consciousness Medicine.
