Healing by Thought Alone

We have the unique ability to create reality with our minds. We do this on a daily basis whether we’re anticipating what will happen at that meeting later or when we’re replaying an earlier conversation with a relative. We imagine what will be said, how we will feel and that cues our bodies to respond as if the event is happening at that moment. This ability to pre-experience and re-experience can help or hinder our development. This information comes with memories that are tied to feelings and emotions. These emotions and feelings are attached to specific neural networks in our brains which trigger the same chemical responses in our brains which elicit the same responses. We’re stuck in an endless cycle.
In order to get out of this loop and create a different outcome we must first create a new mind by changing our energy. By doing this we can break from the past and embrace new possibilities. Understanding the process will allow you to not only break old habits but will enable you to heal yourself by thought alone.
