Dr. Spela Perc, PhD, DNM
Dr. Spela Perc holds a Doctorate and PhD in Natural Medicine from Quantum University for Integrative Medicine. Over the past two decades, she has lived, studied, and practiced internationally, owning and operating holistic health studios across Europe, Canada, and the United States.
She is the founder of Panacea Vita Studio, a multidisciplinary wellness space integrating natural medicine, biofeedback therapy, and mindful movement. Her scope of practice is preventive and supportive in healing journeys, with emphasis on stress-release–oriented therapies, nutritional guidance, and quantum biofeedback, incorporating principles of Taoist and chakra-based medicine.
Dr. Perc’s professional background includes university lecturing, leading health-education workshops, and developing corporate wellness programs for private organizations. She is the author of Beauty in Movement and Dylan’s Adventure into the Unknown, and has contributed writing on topics related to movement, integrative health, and mind–body medicine.
She holds advanced training in hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, breathwork, meditation, and multiple mind–body disciplines, alongside extensive movement training in Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and yoga.
In addition to her academic and clinical work, Dr. Perc has a distinguished athletic background as a former competitive figure skater, representing her country at the World and European Championships. She continues to compete and remain active in the sport at the master level, honoring skating as a lifelong passion and embodiment of mindful movement.
Her doctoral research utilized the Quantum Biofeedback modality to explore natural approaches to chronic fatigue and to investigate how quantum nonlocality can serve as an effective healing mechanism for individuals suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). This research contributed to the growing body of evidence supporting integrative and consciousness-based healing approaches.
In 2025, Dr. Perc received the Holistic Health Valedictorian Award from Quantum University in recognition of her exceptional academic excellence, leadership, and dedication to advancing integrative medicine.
She remains deeply committed to advancing natural medicine, prevention-based care, and empowering individuals and communities toward optimal vitality and wellness.
