Accreditation:
QUANTUM UNIVERSITY IS NOT ACCREDITED BY AN ACCREDITING AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF EDUCATION.
Note: In the United States, many licensing authorities require accredited degrees as the basis for eligibility for licensing. In some cases, accredited colleges may not accept transfer courses and degrees completed at unaccredited colleges, and some employers may require an accredited degree as a basis for eligibility for employment.

International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine Inc. (IQUIM) dba Quantum University (QU) is a degree-granting institution in the State of Hawaii established under Chapter 446E of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. Code of Conduct and Academic Standards:
I have read and agree to conduct myself in accordance with the University Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity Policy, Discrimination and Harassment Policy, Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances Policy. I agree to report any Code of Conduct violations and understand I will be subject to any disciplinary action.

Graduation Eligibility:
In order to qualify for graduation and be eligible to receive my certificate(s) and/or degree(s) from Quantum University, I agree that I must complete all academic requirements and pay in full my tuition and all administrative fees.

Program Completion Policy:
I understand that all program requirements must be completed within the maximum allowable time limit beginning on the first day of my first course enrollment. This contract will automatically terminate at the end of my program completion or maximum time limit, whichever comes first, without further notice.

Dissertation Completion Policy:
I understand that I must complete all thesis or dissertation requirements of a Graduate or Postgraduate program within two (2) years, beginning on the date when I have been assigned a Dissertation Mentor and ending upon final grading of my project. If I am unable to complete my thesis or dissertation within the allotted two (2) years, I understand that I will be required to pay the additional annual mentorship fee until my final project has been graded.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Admission Price Quotes:
I understand that quoted tuition and discounts made in writing are valid for thirty (30) days from the date quoted. Any other prices, fees, and additional discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Any discounts for course equivalences are subject to written approval from Quantum University once my official transcripts are received and reviewed.

Refund Policy
I understand and agree that all my payments for tuition are non-refundable. However, my paid tuition may be transferable to any other Quantum University courses or programs. All student administrative fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Financial Responsibility & Consequences of Non-payment:
I am responsible for any student administrative fees, course materials, educational tool devices/services, internships/preceptorships, workshops, and/or events that are not included as part of my tuition. A change of program may result in an administrative fee of $300 USD. Failure to pay according to this signed contract will result in my administrative withdrawal from the University and I may be subject to additional fees including a program cancellation fee of $500 USD plus the cost of completed courses.

Educational Tools Payment:
I understand that any Educational Tool(s) I receive from Quantum University (QU) or a 3rd party as part of a tuition plan enrollment package, including but not limited to Apple iPad®, Lenovo Tablet®, BrainTap™, Muse™, HeartMath™, remain the property of QU until I have paid in full my final tuition and all applicable administrative fees. If I discontinue my monthly tuition installments, I agree to ship back to QU at my expense, with insurance, any and all device(s) in perfect working condition (as determined by QU in its sole and absolute discretion). Otherwise, I agree to pay the full value of the device(s).

Payment Milestone - Dissertation Audit:
I understand that my degree program(s) are self-paced instruction and I agree that I am responsible to ensure the tuition payment milestones are paid in concurrence with my academic course completion. I understand I will be audited upon submission of my thesis/dissertation topic and agree to pay any necessary tuition balance owed before being assigned a Dissertation Mentor.

Update Policy:
I understand that Quantum University reserves the right to change or update at its discretion any and all policies, administrative fees, and/or the content of its educational courses and programs with or without prior notice to me.

Copyright Policy:
I agree never to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or adapt Quantum University’s copyrighted material and other works of authorship without prior written authorization from Quantum University’s administration in each instance.
