This first of two courses focuses on the core principles of the coaching profession and provides an opportunity for the student to learn and experience the trends, themes, and intentions common throughout the literature. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to discuss how their overall understanding of the quantum field enables them to exceed typical coaching boundaries through a comprehensive understanding of our connectedness accelerated through the use of digital technology such as Bluetooth-enabled sensors and other tools which integrate directly with the Exponential Healthcare platform.

Students will participate in weekly live (virtual) interactive sessions where they will share their experiences and insights with each other and begin to understand and implement the powerful role and potential a coach may play in helping others to live their best lives. Students will be asked to synthesize and evaluate the information contained within this course as it relates to their larger understanding and application of their Quantum University coursework.

By the end of the course, students will have gained a broad-based understanding of coaching overall and a deeply personal experience with both the coaching process and the digital tools and resources available for use with clients.

Students are required to participate in weekly 100% Online Live Discussions with the instructor and other students. The instructor will provide full instructions and the link to the weekly online discussions. Full participation in this activity is required for board certification and accounts for 25% of the course grade.

There will be three (3) 20-minute Practical Skills assessments, one on one with the instructor, based on the Skills Assessment Rubric.  The student will receive a written evaluation for each with the third assessment being pass/fail.
